When we formed the practice of V.M.Kumaran & Co. in 2007, from a single practitioner by the founder himself, V.Muthu Kumaran, the firm has expanded with two additional partners and five associates.

Our main areas of litigation involves motor insurance and other various civil matters. Over the years, since our inception, our drive has been to be efficient, safeguard and deliver the best to fulfill our clients’ needs.

Since commencement, the firm has acquired a growing list of clientele which includes private individuals of whom we are committed to provide our very best effort and service.

Our firm is on the panel for Messrs Pacific & Orient Insurance Co. Berhad, Messrs Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad, Messrs Liberty Insurance Berhad and Messrs AXA Affin General Insurance Berhad covering the central, eastern and southern region respectively.

Given the fact that our firm is located in Batu Pahat, we are able to cover any jurisdiction in Johor right from Muar, Kluang, Segamat, Tangkak, Pontian, Kota Tinggi, Mersing, Kulai until Johor Bahru.

Meanwhile, currently we are also covering the jurisdiction in Melaka (i.e. Alor Gajah and Jasin), Negeri Sembilan (i.e. Seremban, Kuala Pilah, Bahau and Port Dickson) and Pahang (i.e. Kuantan, Temerloh, Raub and Rompin) respectively.
